This is not a program designed to fix grief.
It is a sanctuary designed to hold it.
Inside this space, grief is honoured and recognized in all its forms - loss of loved ones, relationships, identity, work, safety, or a life once imagined. Members are invited to move gently, listen to their bodies, and trust their own rhythms of healing.
